Following advice from Civil Defence and the Ministry of Education, and to give families as much notice as possible, we have made the decision, along with other local schools, to close the school tomorrow. As always, the health and safety of our students, staff, and community is our top priority.

Please share this message with others, as there will be no staff onsite to supervise students in the morning.

Hi

As you may be aware, a state of emergency has been declared in the Tararua region due to the forecast weather conditions.

Go Bus has advised us that they have cancelled all school bus services for tomorrow.

We are in contact with the council and will continue to receive updates as the situation develops.

Please check the app and our Facebook page for the latest information. We will notify you in the morning if any developments prevent the school from opening.
